How much do you charge for a one-night event?

Pricing is done on an individual basis. There are many factors that make up the event fee such as number of TouchPads, length of the event (one day or multiple days), level of graphics required and size of the game, to name a few. Do all participants need a hand held/TouchPad or can they be shared?

This will depend on the type of event you are planning. Typically, our audience response solutions are designed to accommodate 1 to 8 players and ideally suited for both, individual and team games. We will work with you to determine the right amount of TouchPads you’ll need.

Can we use our own questions?

Absolutely! We offer the option of integrating your own content for interactive seminars, team building exercises, etc. or selecting questions from our large data base. In many cases we use a combination of both to create a presentation.

Can the game be customized with our messaging?

Yes, we can incorporate your logo, theme and/or color scheme into the game as well as customize the overlay on the TouchPad to support your brand and messaging objectives.

Is it possible to integrate a PowerPoint presentation with the interactive quiz?

We will work with you to customize and integrate all aspects of your presentation into an exciting and engaging corporate meeting, trade show interactive entertainment, charity event or company party.

Does the interactive training tool support music and videos?

Yes, GIE offers a full array of unique features and options including full motion video interfacing and music insertions of professional CD quality.

How much lead time is needed to create the game?

We recommend that all content and artwork be given to us 14 days prior to your event. This gives us enough time to put together a compelling presentation that will thrill your participants.

Is the audience response system difficult to operate?

Not at all! It is a simple plug and play audience response solution that requires no technical knowledge or experience. Plus we provide a brief manual to guide you through the easy set up process. Telephone support is also available if you run into any difficulties.

Are we able to see and or approve the game prior to the event?

Yes, we will email the content for your approval prior to shipping the audience response solution or interactive training tools to you.

 Do I need a host?

A host is a nice touch! There is usually someone in your audience who would love to host the event. Plus we also provide a Hosting Tips page to help him/her do a great job.
