National Training Tour for Electrolux
wrote, "For our 2012 spring training show, Electrolux Major Appliances set out to develop a training event that would be more than yet another ho-hum product knowledge session. Our goal was to set the bar high, and be more than simply informative. Of course we wanted to convey information, but we also wanted our guests to have fun, we wanted it to be interactive, and we wanted to generate excitement. With all of this in mind, we investigated a number of different options that we thought might help us to achieve our objectives, and ultimately our decision was to take advantage of the services that Global Interactive Events offered us. From start to finish, they were easy to deal with, experienced, very informative, and never more than a phone call away. Furthermore, they dealt with every detail, including backup components (just in case!) with every system sent out, they prearranged shipping, and they even included the packing tape and shipping labels with every system sent to our trainers that were located out of town. We trained in 13 cities, had over 75 sessions, connected with almost 2000 sales associates, and I’m pleased to report that these training sessions, and particularly the Global Interactive component of the sessions got glowing reviews. We received very positive feedback on the systems, and the information inputted into the systems themselves allowed Global Interactive to give us the feedback that we were looking for in order to gage our level of success.
Who says learning can’t also be fun? We were able to engage our guests, convey our information, and the Global Interactive systems allowed us to reinforce the information, so it is better retained. A little healthy competition can work wonders!
Thanks to the team over at Global Interactive Events for helping to make our events successful. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I know we will be doing business together again very soon as we have just booked another multi city tour for June! “
Valuable enhancement to FedEx events
wrote, “The 2010 FedEx Open House events were great. The trivia game was an extremely valuable enhancement this year that significantly improved the overall attendee experience and created a program highlight rather than the filler activity used in previous years. The trivia game allowed us to entertain and deliver messaging to the entire group (300-500 people) rather than just a handful of folks. We had people yelling and cheering for the whole 20 minutes, it was awesome! Thank you guys for being so easy to work with and quick to move based on our schedules with development and adjustments.”
Best training we ever received – AstraZeneca Canada
wrote, “The feedback from our cross-Canada, multi-city training was the best we have ever received, and 89 percent of the participants felt that they had retained more than at previous events.”

Effective method of engaging customers, great customer service—Royal Canadian Golf Association
says, “The RCGA used Global Interactive’s trivia game at the CN Canadian Women’s Open championship in 2009. It was a last minute decision on our part but the simplicity of the system and the great customer service made it seamless to activate and we think it was a very effective method of engaging spectators of the tournament.”

Will definitely use this interactive tool again—The Printing House
said, “I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how impressed I was with your interactive game system. The cool thing is that most people are familiar with the technology but had no idea that it could be customized and therefore we were pleasantly surprised when the questions represented our workplace! It worked great for us as it was educational as well as fun and competitive. I used it at a Manager's summit during an awards dinner—when the crowd needed a boost I threw a question at them! The ability to pause and play when it suited the need was excellent! I would definitely use this tool again as it was easy to operate and being a non-technical person, even easier to use.”
Thumbs up from Don Cherry!

The Global Interactive Events trivia game adds so much to the enjoyment of our guests. Whether it's a Black-Tie Event (such as ours) or a golf tournament, it's the highlight of the evening.”

One of the pivotal reasons why employees are attentive through the presentations—Rogers Communications Inc.
- Overview: Multi-city Sales Staff Training sessions.
The purpose for the tour was the education of entire sales force including call centre staff, retail staff, and field sales. This tour took place in 8 cities across the country with an average audience size of 300 attendees. - Objectives: Education of employees included the following branches; wireless products & services, cable television services, home phone launch, internet products & services. The events were evening events with 15 minute presentations from the heads of each of the departments focusing on the planned marketing and sales strategies for the next 2 quarters. After the speeches a dinner was served and then after the dinner the interactive component was introduced as the "Quickstart Challenge" with questions based on the seminar presentations, to measure the retention factor of the attendees.
- Achievement: Rogers Communications Inc. has continued to use the interactive component for the past 3 years as an integral educational/reinforcement/evaluation tool. The R.O.I. for Rogers Communications Inc. is very apparent as they have continually seen an annual increase in early R.S.V.P. for attendance at these training events, and in turn a significant increase in market share of sales across all of the sales channels due to their sales staff's increased product knowledge. As well their metrics for "service satisfaction" of customer contacts has continued to rise every year and has been attributed to "continued diligent and ongoing staff training". The interactive component of the "Quickstart campaign" that Global Interactive Events provides is an essential part of the evening and continues to be one of the pivotal reasons why employees are attentive through the presentations at the events.

The guests were having a blast with the game—Corporate Event Organization
wrote, “The event was fabulous … the guests were having a blast with the game. We were all totally shocked at just how much they were getting into it…the crowd was a very well-heeled bunch, but they were so competitive. It was so much fun to be sitting at the back of the room running the game and listening to them. And it turned into a close game…only 354 points separated first place from second. We have been talking the games up to all of our clients…everyone seems quite excited by the fact that we have the system.”
